Maurice Tourneur
2 February 1876 – 4 August 1961
Maurice Tourneur revolutionized silent films with his dedication to the expanding of actor training in Europe and helped develope his own stly of actor centric films, in a time many of his contemporaries were focused on effects. Tourneur was eventually immortalized on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
